Awareness and Destiny
Through mindfulness meditation, one can begin to observe the unconscious patterns within the mind.
The unconscious is, in many ways, a composite of our past experiences, emotions, environments, and cultural influences.
It shapes much of our thinking and behavior, yet most people are hardly aware of its existence.
Carl Jung once wrote:
“Until you make the unconscious conscious,
it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”
The moment we can observe these patterns, we are no longer completely controlled by them.
Awareness is the first step toward freedom from the unconscious.
By sustaining this awareness, we gradually loosen the grip of the past and begin to create a life that truly belongs to us.

潛意識其實是一種由我們過去的經驗、情緒、環境與文化所形成的綜合體。
它在很大程度上影響並控制著我們的思想與行為,但絕大多數的人並沒有真正意識到它的存在。
心理學家卡爾・榮格曾說過:
未被覺察的潛意識,會主導你的人生,而你卻稱之為命運。
當我們開始能夠觀察自己的思想、情緒與內在模式時,我們就不再只是被它們控制的人。
覺察,本身就是擺脫潛意識控制的第一步。
當我們持續保持這種覺察,我們將逐漸鬆開過去的束縛,
並一步一步創造真正屬於自己的人生。
