Elegance Against Entropy

Elegance Against Entropy

I believe that the pursuit of beauty and elegance should begin the moment we become conscious of ourselves, and continue until the day we leave this world.

Beauty and elegance are not merely superficial decorations.

They are, in many ways, a resistance against entropy.

Without conscious effort, people naturally drift toward disorder.

The body becomes loose and neglected.

Appearance becomes careless.

Behavior loses refinement and discipline.

Disorder and decay are the natural direction of things.

Beauty and elegance, however, require continuous maintenance.

For me, the commitment to beauty and elegance is therefore a lifelong discipline.

From the moment I became aware of it,

until the day I leave this world.
