Listening to the Inner Voice

Meditation has helped me realize something very clearly:

I am not my brain.

I am not the thoughts in my mind.

I am not my emotions.

I am the one observing all of them.

Once you see this clearly, you begin to realize that

many thoughts are just noise produced by the brain,

and many emotions are simply waves passing through you.

You don’t have to be controlled by them.

For anyone who wants to align with their inner self,

explore who they truly are,

or enter a flow state,

meditation is an incredibly powerful tool.

When you truly see that

you are not your thoughts

and not your emotions,

you begin to hear your inner voice more clearly.

When you are no longer dragged around by thoughts and emotions,

it becomes much easier to focus on the present moment

and enter a state of flow.

You become deeply engaged in what you are doing,

instead of constantly being interrupted by mental noise.

I know that finding what you truly want to do in life is not easy.

But meditation can accelerate that journey.

It helps you see yourself more clearly

and move closer to the path that truly belongs to you.

我認為冥想對我最大的幫助,就是讓我清楚地觀察到一件事情:

我不是我的大腦。

我也不是我大腦裡的想法。

我也不是我的情緒。

我是那個在觀看、觀察這一切的存在。

當你意識到這一點之後,你就會慢慢發現,

很多想法其實只是大腦產生的噪音,

很多情緒其實只是暫時經過的波動。

你不需要被它們牽著走。

所以我認為,任何一個想要與自己內在對齊的人,

或者想要探索自己、甚至想要進入心流狀態的人,

冥想是一個非常有效的方法。

當你清楚地觀察到:

你不是你的大腦、

你不是你的想法、

你也不是你的情緒,

你就會開始聽到內心真正的聲音。

當你不再被想法與情緒牽著走,

你就更容易專注於當下,

也更容易進入心流狀態。

你會真正投入正在做的事情,

而不是被雜念不斷打斷。

我知道,找到自己真正想做的事情並不容易。

但冥想可以幫助你更快地看見真正的自己,

也可以幫助你更快地走向那條屬於自己的路。
