Power is not applied — it is released.

Power is not applied — it is released.

When I was younger,
I believed power had to be applied —
forced into existence through effort.

But after forty,
I began to understand something different:

True power does not come from force.

It is not something you generate.
It is something you release.

When you are aligned with yourself,
power flows naturally — and endlessly.

The more you try to force it,
the more it reveals insecurity.

Take a simple example:
When you want people to listen—

the louder and more urgent you become,
the more you turn into noise.

But when you truly believe in what you say,
you don’t need to raise your voice.

And when you are no longer attached
to whether others are listening,

they begin to listen.

Because real power
is not something you force into existence — it is something you release when you are aligned.
