The Alignment of Mind and Energy
Modern life creates enormous mental noise.
Many people are not exhausted because of work itself,
but because their mind and energy are constantly misaligned.
Different traditions have discovered similar truths about the human mind.
Buddhism speaks about awareness and non-attachment.
Jungian psychology speaks about the unconscious and integration.
Meditation and introspection teach us to observe the mind directly.
Although they use different languages,
they are all pointing to the same inner mechanism.
When a person learns to understand and align with that mechanism,
two things naturally happen.
Anxiety decreases.
Energy stops leaking through internal conflict.
And once energy stops leaking,
it can be directed toward meaningful creation and action.
現代生活製造了大量的精神噪音。

佛學談的是覺察與不執著。
榮格心理學談的是潛意識與整合。
冥想與內觀則教人直接觀察自己的心。
雖然它們使用不同的語言,
但本質上都在指向同一個內在機制。
當一個人開始理解並與這個機制對齊時,
兩件事情會自然發生:
焦慮會減少。
內在衝突所造成的能量流失會停止。
而當能量不再內耗,
它就能被用來創造、行動,
並投入於真正有意義的事情。
