Beyond Measurement
Some things cannot be fully measured,
yet they profoundly transform a human life.
Awakening, mindfulness, and shadow integration
are rooted in inner experience.
They are difficult to prove,
and equally difficult to falsify.
But the inability to quantify something
does not mean it is unreal.
Some truths are not first discovered by instruments,
but first lived by human beings.
The teachings of the Buddha have endured not merely because of belief,
but because countless people have personally experienced
their insight into suffering and the human mind.
Perhaps this is also why Jung continues to resonate so deeply today:
he was not merely describing theories,
but transformations genuinely experienced within the human psyche.
