Health Compounds

We often talk about learning and personal growth.
And yes, they matter.

But there is something even more fundamental:

Your health.

From my own experience, one factor stands above the rest:

Sleep.

Getting enough sleep—ideally around 7 to 8 hours—is not optional.
It is essential.

Sleep is when your body resets and restores:
• your mitochondria
• your immune system
• your brain

Without it, nothing else functions at full capacity.

You cannot trade sleep for productivity.
Because your body is the only system through which you experience the world.

If that system breaks down,
no amount of success or achievement will matter.

That’s why I see sleep as a form of compounding health.

Every night of quality sleep is an investment.
And over time, that investment pays off—physically, mentally, and cognitively.

那就是你的健康。

而在所有健康因素裡,

我個人的經驗是:

睡眠,是最關鍵的。

每天7到8小時的睡眠,

不是奢侈,而是必要。

因為當你在睡覺時,

你的身體正在做三件事:

  • 修復你的線粒體
  • 重建你的免疫系統
  • 重整你的大腦

你以為你在休息,

其實你在「升級」。

不要用工作或成長,去交換睡眠。

因為你的身體,

是你在這個世界唯一的載體。

一旦它出問題,

所有的成就都會失去意義。

所以我一直認為:

睡眠,本質上是一種健康的複利。

你每多睡好一天,

未來的你就多強一分。
