The Inner Compass
Whenever I become overly eager in pursuing a goal or overly attached to a particular outcome,
a subtle discomfort arises within me.
It is easy to overlook, but through mindfulness practice I can notice it quickly.
To me, this feeling is an important inner guidance.
It reminds me that I am already complete—there is nothing I need to chase in order to become whole.
This reminder helps me stay balanced, whether in moments of progress or moments of difficulty.
Everything that happens in life is simply an experience, not something to cling to.
每當我過於急切地追逐一個目標,或對某件事情過度執著時,內心總會出現一種很細微的不適感。
這種感覺並不明顯,但因為長期正念冥想,我能夠很快察覺到它。
對我而言,這是一種重要的內在指引。
它提醒我:你本來就本自具足,不需要透過追逐任何東西來讓自己變得完整。
這個提醒讓我無論在順境或逆境,都能保持一種身心的平衡。
生命中發生的一切,其實都只是體驗,而不是需要執著的結果。
